A revolution in spray skirt design is here! The Class 6 is the most advanced and implosion-resistant spray skirt on the market. After three years of testing and nine failed prototypes, Level Six has created a skirt that locks onto your cockpit like no other. The memory-molding rand forms a custom fit over time, while the pressure relief valve technology absorbs impact and prevents blow-offs. Built for extreme whitewater, this skirt has been pushed to the limit in real-world testing. Now, it’s your turn.

Check out this Class 6 Spray Skirt Walkthrough

This is the ultimate whitewater spray skirt. If you are a paddler pushing your limits, running big drops and the risk of an implosion could be costly this skirt was built for you. Built from the ground up using a thicker neoprene deck with an abrasion resistant lamination on every piece of neoprene except the tunnel, larger Kevlar reinforcement areas, a high friction underbelly print that sticks to the cockpit rim and a thicker rubber rand compared to our Ace spray skirt. The rubber rand is stitched and glued beneath the flange to prevent the rand from getting a "rolling" motion when under pressure either from an implosion or an explosion from running a big drop. Oh, and it's also made with petroleum free neoprene. Keep it green and send it clean.

Features:

Stitched ribbed rubber rand
Kevlar reinforced side panels
Halkey-Roberts one-way pressure relief valve
Customizable tunnel height5 mm neoprene deck with an abrasion-resistant lamination
High friction underbelly silicone patches
Above&Below’s “chief product tester” Matt has had his Class six for a little while now… This deck is designed to be hard wearing and strong to stand up against huge pressure from oncoming water. With that in mind, it’s important to understand that it is a tough deck to stretch on when box fresh and like any decent piece of outdoor gear, it will need breaking in, in order to achieve the best fit on your cockpit. Here’s a useful video explaining this;
